Malware detected on the theme

after using these month , all of a sudden by scalling additional plugin and web hosting panel, the theme has been marked as spam and malware attacked.

How can i solve this ? should update the theme?

You can update the WoodMart core plugin via WordPress dashboard -> WoodMart -> Plugins. It should be 1.0.39.
