Mobile footer link not working

Hi, I wanted to ask why not allow links to click on via mobile?
The links are compiled, on the desktop version all is well.

As per your screen the row either disabled or columns are hidden, please check the columns visibility on all the devices.

It seems to me that everything is fine here. Just don’t work on links as you click. I’d like you to check why you don’t allow them to click? Because I created a mobile row and put the blocks there the way I wanted them to be.
