Mobile sidebar/menu button is unresponsive (not working)

Hi Woodmart Team,
I have a problem on mobile devices. The floating button (the toggle/icon) that is supposed to open the mobile sidebar/menu does not work.
When I click the button, nothing happens.
Because the button is unresponsive, I cannot access or edit the content in my mobile sidebar.
Could you please tell me how to fix this? What settings or potential conflicts should I check?

Hello,
You can add widgets from Appearance > Widgets > add the widgets in the Single Product page widget area, then it will show on the single product sidebar.
If the issue remains, share the WP login details so I can further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

Actually, the issue is on the Single Post Page, not the Single Product Page.
I have included a temporary login link in the Private Content area for you to check.
Also, regarding the screenshot: Is the “Posts in menu” widget area the correct place to configure the sidebar for Single Posts?

Hello,
For the single post sidebar, you don’t need to use the “Posts in menu” widget area. Please add your widgets to the Main Widget Area under Appearance > Widgets. That is the correct sidebar used for Single Post pages.
