Multiple issues

I encounted several issues with the Woodmart theme

1. Homepage with Elementor – Streched sections are not streched, and Lottie files are not displayed – on the Elementor editing it works and displayed correctly. on the Frontpage it doesn;t. I disabled all plugins but still don’t work. I changed to a different theme and it works correctly.
this task is urgent becuase it’s a live site!

2. Mobile menu tabs – there is no place to configure which menu is the categories menu. the instructions are to go to the “header” section in the theme settings but there is no section called header and no place to configure the categories menu anywhere else on the theme settings.

3. it takes a really long time to load elements on Elemntor editing and configure other options. the response time is really really slow.

the 1st website uses the Basel theme, and I installed Elementor instead of WP Bakery. the response time is pretty quick.
the 2nd site uses the Woodmart theme and Elementor but the response time is much much slower.
It happens to me with 2 different websites that uses Woodmart theme and it’s the first time I see this problem. means that Elementor works really well with many other themes but not with Woodmart theme.
All websites are stores on the same VPS server, so it’s not a server issue, it really feels like a theme issue.

Hello,

1. I think it is your site cache issue, please remove the site and server cache then check back the homepage on the site.

2. You can set the menu as a categories menu from WoodMart >> Header Builder >> Edit Header >> Mobile header.

3. This is not an issue, actually, it depends on the content on the page. Otherwise, this is not the issue.

Thanks for the feedback

1. I disabled the cache plugin. didn’t fix it. it also happens on another browser and on Incognito mode. it looks like these sections don’t get the requires css classes (the footer section with the logo do get it)

3. ok. I tested a new blank page. it’s still slower than other websites and other themes., where even with existing content they reponse quicker. you can see it in the video with the Basel theme (the page has a lot of content but still faster).

4. by the way – where do I translate the “Click to add images” of the reviews form? I couldn’t find it

Hello,

1) It seems that you are using the Elementor stretch option. Please disable it and try using the xtemos stretch section option.

3) It is not an issue. It depends on the amount of content and the connection speed and our theme doesn’t have any influence over it.

4) Please provide a relevant screenshot to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
