My site is toooo slow

I don’t understand why it is. I optimising site, using webp, using minimum effects, using minimum plugins but my site is too slow.
When i on Rocket my site not downloading and browser start to download file. I bought added functions on server to maximise performance but is not helped.
I love your theme but i chose it for maximum performance but get nothing
Can you help me for a little?
