navigation anchor problem

Hello, I have problem with navigation anchor
Its not nagivating although I’m sure of the naming and menu!

when i click to the link in the menu ,the id appear in the link and doesn’t follow it

You have made custom links for pages. So, Go to Appearance -> Menu -> Expand about custom links and insert and insert any url in the about page.
