New label issue

Hello again,
“I have an issue regarding the new label on products.
It doesn’t work. Even if the products have new label, the elementor widget doesn’t display any products. Attached a photo. The website it’s still under development.
Can you please help me with this?”

I already oppened a ticket (https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/new-label-issue/#post-343940) but it was closed because I have thought it was solved the issue but it wasn’t.

Please check the settings in the Theme Settings > Shop > Product label: Automatic “New” label period try to set zero or reduce this value to show all the new products.

Hello, can you check the screenshot? If I select from element query to show only new products nothing is displayed. Atm Is set to have listed the latest products.

I know how to sett to show new products label but it doesn’t work after selection. Will display nothing after selection even if I have products setted with new label.

The querry doesn’t return the products with new label.

Please do again what you did in your video and select “Products with NEW label” and you will see that the querry will return nothing, zero products eveen if we have products setted with “NEW label”.

Attached again a video like the first one. If I select “Products with NEW label” the querry return 0 products like you can see in the video.
