No Description box to place Mega Menu?

    Hi,

    I purchased the Basel theme, and there is no where for me to place the Mega menu. I’m attaching a screenshot of the image that you guys have on the documentation, versus what is showing up on my end. Please help!

    Hello,

    First of all, save the menu as soon as you have added the menu item.

    Then choose “Set size” or “Full-width” in the Design drop-down.

    I have the “set size” chosen, and even when I put it to “Full Size” nothing happens. Please see the new screen shot attached.

    In most cases, this issue is connected to the PHP max input vars limit parameter in your web server configuration. You can check the current value for this parameter in your Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> System status. Usually, this parameter is not allowed to be changed on shared hostings so you will need to contact your server providers and ask to increase this limit. Recommended value for this is 5000

    Please contact your host support and ask to increase.

    Hello,

    I have access to the cpanel. I updated the parameter myself and cleared my cache on the website, did a hard refresh and nothing has changed. Please let me know what else you think may be the problem?

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated we shall check deeper.

    I deactivated all the plugins not related and the problem is STILL there! 🙁
    Please investigate further. I will leave them deactivated. But I need the plugins activated again eventually.

    I have activated recently plugins not to keep the site without the plugin.
