Not able to upload the prebuilt website

Hi,
Im trying to install the prebuilt version of the theme ‘Furniture’, but i get this message error:
The import could not be completed due to a low timeout limit on the server. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase it to 300 seconds.
I contact my hosting provider and increase but it doesnt work.
Can you help me please !
