Number of product visible in grid

Hi,
just a little help…
i set to 12 the product per page in theme “products grid” settings but as you can see on my page: https://new.artedichiara.com/fustelle-scrapbooking/sizzix/bigz-l/

i still see 20 product per page instead of 12 set in backend.

I missing something?

Hello,

I have visited the URL you provided and the products on the shop page are 12 and to see the others you need to click the show more button that you have added as your pagination from Theme Settings >> Shop >> Product Grids.
