Page templates

Hi, I am editing one of the Woodmart themes and would like to change, or create a new, Page template under “page attributes”. Where can I do this? Simply change the name Maintenance to something else would be enough, but I can’t find where these are created. Attached image for reference.

Your question is not clear enough. Are you trying to create a new page? If you are, choose the “Default” template.

If it is not what you need please provide more details.
