Paypal Pay in 3 messaging

Hi, I have an issue with the paypal Pay in 3 messaging not showing on my Single product page, it appears fine everywhere else but not on the single product. Im using a template for the layout and have Pay in 3 set to show on the single product page but no message there. Is there a woocommerce hook I need to add to get this to show?
