How can I confirm that every time a user enters my page popup still appears and not just once?
If a user closes the popup it does not appear again and I want it to appear on subsequent visits
Unfortunately, There is no option available in Theme Settings available to change the behavior of Promo Pop up.
By Default the Promo Pop up is set to display when the website is loaded for the first time. You cannot display it again and again when the page is reloaded.
It requires customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
