    Hello,

I am using the WoodMart theme together with the Fancy Product Designer (FPD) plugin.
Until the last update, everything worked correctly — on the product page both the standard “Add to Cart” button and the FPD button were available.

After the update, the plugin started replacing the standard button with its own, and now users cannot use the regular WooCommerce button.

If I deactivate the FPD plugin, the standard button immediately comes back and works without any problems.

I would like to clarify that there were no updates to the FPD plugin and its settings were not changed — everything was working perfectly before. The issues started only after updating the theme.

Could you please advise how to solve this problem, and make the standard “Add to Cart” button remain visible and functional with the FPD plugin activated, since this plugin plays a very important role in my store?

    Thank you!

    Hello,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

Could you please send us a screenshot of how it looks with the default WordPress theme on your website? Also, send us your admin access so we can switch between themes also and see what is the difference.

    Kind Regards

I have switched my website to the default WordPress theme (Twenty Twenty-Five) for testing. The issue still persists — Fancy Product Designer also replaces the default “Add to Cart” button even with the default theme. Please see the attached screenshot.

What I don’t understand is why this problem appeared immediately after updating the WoodMart theme, even though the FPD plugin was not updated and its settings were not changed.

It appears that this issue is unrelated to our theme. The plugin’s functionality is consistent across different themes, and it is not caused by the theme update.

    Kind Regards
