We only have one comment that we would like to present to you. Customers can order printed matter on our website. From flyers to interior items. All printed by our large format printers.
We work together with SyncSilo (https://www.syncsilo.com). This company provides the API link to our printing company elsewhere in the Netherlands. This plug-in ensures that the customer can compose his product himself and ultimately place an order. Syncsilo also offers different delivery methods and lead times. These options will be visible in the shopping cart. Unfortunately, these are not loaded with us.
To set the shipping methods and delivery times, we create a new shipping method and select Syncsilo. This template is also used by another company where the plugin works well. I’ll add printscreens what I mean.
Can you help us? The fallback rate is loaded correctly, but the other information not.
