Problem with image on elementor

We have a problem with a image on elementor section.
In login mode is Ok
But in user mode the image is gone.
How can we fix it?

Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
