Problem with shop page

    Hallo

    I have a problem with the Shop page.
    When I am logged in, it displays the correct version of the website (screen shop_login_ok.jpg). However, after logging out, it shows some other completely destroyed version of the wrong page and the entire store falls apart (shop_logout_error.jpg).
    The page cannot be edited in Elementor – from what I noticed, the problem is that on this page I have a shortcode with “filter” and “sort by” ([html_block id="6097"]).
    The “sort by” component has disappeared from the elementor editor altogether.

    Hallo

    As I noticed, the Shop page is overwritten by the Product archive layout (from woodmart Layouts).
    The problems described earlier are therefore on the category pages (product archive layout). So as I understand it, category pages (product archive layout) is the same as the Shop page (with list of categories) (has the same template).

    I noticed one more thing:
    when I go to the category page (product archive) directly (e.g. from the main page https://schmiede.stahlco.de), the page looks different (it falls apart), but when I enter through the shop page (https://schmiede.stahlco.de /shop) then the page is different (ok). even though it is the same address, e.g. https://schmiede.stahlco.de/02-zwirbeln/

    I have checked your site with logged in and logged out and not seen any issue on the shop page. Check back your site after completely clearing the browser cache and check the issue.

    Hi

    Can you send screenshots or a video because I don’t know if we understand each other well.
    I have already cleared all possible caches (browser, wordpress, cdn, wprocket). I have now cleaned it again and the problem is still there.

    However, from what I see, the problem is only related to whether I am logged in or not.
    Attached are screenshots of the same page before and after logging in…

    1. Unfortunately, the video shows only the top of the page, not the entire page (although even the header shows that it is different for login/logout, e.g. the number of products under the category names disappears)
    2. you are still on the same page, move between different categories

    Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated, and let me know I will check and give you a possible solution.

    I determined that the problem was the WP rocket plugin.
    The question is whether it’s a matter of its configuration or data stored somewhere in the cache (although I have cleared all possible caches, also in WP Rocket many times).
    Now the plugin is disabled and the website works fine for me. Is everything OK for you and did you have the same problems (like I do) before?
    Have you ever encountered such a problem with WP rocket (it’s a very popular plugin…)? Do you have any idea to solve this problem?

    Also in incognito mode the problem still persists.
    Although the website looks OK, the menu is broken (screenshot).
    I know that customers also have this problem, so it’s not my browser’s issue.
    When testing, go between the pages several times, look at the menu at the top – the first time it works fine, only after clicking through it the problem occurs.
