rpysiakParticipantHi!
I have a problem in backend. There is problem when I try to sort products, or orders or anything. When I click on date or name or added time there is no reason. The site refresh but with any changes. I of course turn off all plugins but nothing. When I change themes for Twenty Twenty then sorting works properly. When I back for Your theme there not working properly. Please help.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please check the issue on the default theme to find out if our theme causes the problem. We suspect that this is the issue of plugins conflict. If you see the same situation on the default theme, deactivated all the third parties plugins not related to the theme and activate them one by one, checking the issue to find out which one influences.
Best Regards

rpysiakParticipantHi Elise,
As I wrote earlier, after changing to the default template, the problem does not occur. As I change to the WoddMart template again, the problem returns.
Earlier I did with plugins as you suggest, but it didn’t work. And that’s why I decided to check the problem by changing the template to the default one.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, and provide the site admin access to the private area for us to check.
Please confirm the permission to switch to the Storefront theme for checking.
Best Regards

rpysiakParticipantThank you, but I want to say that even if all plugins are installed and enabled I change the theme to the default (Twenty Twenty), sorting works normally.
I give access below.
By the way, are you able to check what causes such a large expansion of the database ise to 15 GB and why the search engine on the home page is so slow?

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
I sort products by categories https://prnt.sc/qlf2yh
By product type https://prnt.sc/qlf3ha
Sort by price: https://gyazo.com/41b4ed440c2464ff7650b3b6e32bf3bb
Sort by SKU https://gyazo.com/c45556dfabb023d20a6c131a3edc515a
Please disable and delete CMB2 plugin it is no more necessary https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/3-x-4-0-migration-guide/
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and check the issue. Perhaps double content generated by WPML causes an increased database.
Best Regards

rpysiakParticipantElise
OK thank you. On which template did you sort this?
Because I come in and it doesn’t work. In orders, I cannot sort by any of the columns (order number, date). In the first two of your links you can see filtering, not sorting. As I enter the products, it is now visible that it sorts by SKU and name, but it still does not sort by publication date, and this is actually the most important column. Will you please check?
Please upload links with panel view screens to the private window.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
I was checking on the WoodMart theme. The sorting by date depends on the sorting by SKU and sorting by price.

rpysiakParticipantOk, so there is no answer why the publish date sort does not work on the child theme?
January 10, 2020 at 3:41 pm #167343
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
It works properly on the parent theme and incorrectly on the child theme, it means that the custom code you have added influences the functionality.
Best Regards

rpysiakParticipantIn that case, can I ask you to indicate the place in the code where I can change the values regarding sorting?

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please provide the site admin access to the private area I will check.
Best Regards
