Problems with header

Hi,

We have some problems with the header at some product categorie pages from the webshop salonvoordeel.nl. I can’t find the problem, can hou help us?

Sometimes you don’t see the content in the header, as you can see in the files.

Most likely you use different headers for different pages and you have set the light color scheme on the white background. Find our documentation tutorial about this here: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/header-rows-columns-configuration/

Check the color tabs and try to set another color, if it does not work, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. This testing may take up to 15 minutes. You would better make the full backup of your site.

Header builder does not work properly on my site. I am not able to change the header using Headers Manager.

I have applied this (‘Logo Center Product Menu’) header but this header style is not showing on the front-end. See screenshot.

Can you please look into it?

Please, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

The problem is with header options. The different header option is not working. If I choose any other header so it is not applied on the site.

You have set Header Decor on all the pages that is why the default header is not shown.

if you want the pages to show the default header you can “none” https://gyazo.com/a0f3fcf02858ceb6886e76d4e5ce89d5 or select the default header.
