Product Attributes Not Showing Consistently

I’m having an issue where certain custom attributes are not showing up while others are. See the photos in order for more information.

I have three weights: .03, .05, .07

On the same product, I use the same variations while selecting a different weight each time.

Only the .07 weight shows up in the cart and invoice. The other two weights do not appear. They are all setup the same way.

Does anyone know why this is happening?

Please check the issue on one of the default themes to understand if our theme causes the problem.
