Product images showing in a weird way

I want my product images to look like this on the product page:

How do i make my thumbnails like this with all showing on the left like this. When i choose the option to show all thumbnails, the thumbnails seem to get cropped. How can i maintain the size?

If you see our demo products images it is looking fine. Please check the size of our demo images and upload the images of the same size.

Navigate to Theme Settings > Single Product > Images > Select Thumbnails per slide and also you can set the product thumbnail image width.

I have done the steps you mentioned, however the thumbnail is still cropped. Please look attached screenshot. The first thumbnail is not showing the full image.
