Product Layout Mess and Critical Error on the site

We are working on building our website from scratch and have been moving data one by one. We have just imported products from our existing live site, the import was successful however upon viewing products, we found out that the layout is bad with many error codes appearing on the frontend (product page) with message “There has been a critical error on this website.”

We have tried disabling all the plugins one by one but the problem persists.

Whats surprising is that the layout is perfectly fine on “out of stock” products while messaged up on “in stock” products.

Credentials in private area.

Multiple fatal errors seen in the logs.

The bug was isolated and turned out to be “sold counter”, disabling brought website back to normal however I would like to solve the problem and use this feature.

You are free to enable and disable any plugin you deem fit. You would need to activate sold counter from woodmart settings to reproduce the error.

Would you need FTP access as well or can it be managed with admin access thats been provided below?

For now, I have turned off the sold counter, I would really need solution for this, your response needs to be more than 1 line, if thats not possible, hand over case to someone else or let me know, I will happily create a new ticket.

You are again not referring to the case details.

Again facing some more challenges with the image pictures.

Upon mouse hover, the zoomed image picture shown isn’t correct, instead of current picture, it shows previously selected picture.

In case visitor lands on parent picture and selects variation then parent picture continue to show instead of selected variation picture.

In case variation selection changes, the product picture continue to show of the previous variation. This happens on all devices.

I tested my own installation on my local, when the video gallery is enabled, then gallery image will changes in gallery thumbnails only. https://go.screenpal.com/watch/cTiXhrnlgoZ

You should deactivate all plugins (except WoodMart Core, Elementor and WooCommerce Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

No mate, you need to test on our website, just because it’s not happening on your test installation does not mean it does not happen on our website.

We have reported this problem in the past as well.

I have this support subscription to get my theme related issues resolved, even if there is a plugin conflict, that needs to be addressed instead of brushed under the carpet.

If you are not capable to address this, I would request @admin (Artem) to take over this ticket or I would be happy to create a new ticket altogether to let Artem, @aizaz_awan (Aizaz) to take over.

While the dev looks at this, please also ask them “how to” edit the current product page elements as this comes from minimalist theme single product layout of this type isn’t available in the pre-built layouts.
