    Dear team,

    I am not sure what caused the product page to crash, but the additional tab, with reviews information has crashed. Please have a look perhaps you recognize the issue.

    And its on all the product pages.

    Please advise

    Hello,

    Starting from now, these plugins are no longer required: Redux Framework, CMB2, please delete them. I have disabled them and the issue has been fixed. Please read and follow the suggestions provided here: https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/faq-guides-2/4-x-5-0-migration-guide/

    Hello Elise,

    Removing Redux Framework has crashed the website. When you did so yesterday did you made a backup before you deleted the plugin?

    All CSS changes I made so far where removed as well and even the header reverted to the demo header with demo logo.

    And the product page is still crashed.

    I need to restore my backup from the day before and by doing so I lose a day of work.
    And no solution yet.

    So what do we do next?

    Yes i see, you restored the back up. Unfortunately it is without the work I made on 30 sep. But ok, i take that loss.

    I followed the instructions exactly like you suggested.
    The website doesn’t crash anymore after removing the the plugins, it is much faster, but the product page remains broken. please see screenshot.

    What more can we do?

    We will be making changes to the website today, so if you choose to adjust settings that might affect the website please let us know. We will make a backup and postpone till you are ready.

    Now I have deactivated all the plugins https://prnt.sc/phgpd8 and the product page looks correctly https://gyazo.com/718409cb610a913409838078061189e0

    I have enabled plugins again not to leave the site without plugins. You need to enable the plugins one by one detecting which one causes the problem.

    Indeed, i found the issue. WooCommerce Multilingual is causing the issue…

    Anyways i disabled the plugin for now. But I guess you theme should be compatible with WooCommerce Multilingual plugin right?

    Where should i continue with the woocommerce or can you have a look as well?

    Try to contact WooCommerce Multilingual first of all. This is the issue of third parties’ plugin conflict.
