Quick view WPML compatible

Hi support,

For our website geminibv.nl we use the theme WoodMart. In the shop we use WooCommerce in combination with WPML for multilingualism.

However, we see in the quick view of products that only the main language is retrieved, since this piece is not WPML compatible. This means that Dutch terms are everywhere, including on the English, German and French website. See for example: https://imgur.com/FOJyQ8l. Here you see for example ‘prijs op aanvraag’ instead of ‘price on request’. Also other titles (e.g. artikelnummer) are not translated.

How can we put this right as quickly as possible so that the correct translation is displayed everywhere?

Create the translation for these features: https://prnt.sc/sfblht and check again. If it is a category, you should translate it.

As for the titles, you need to create translation and change the title in the translation. Check the product page, are there any translation there or the same?

Everything is correctly translated on the product category and product page, only in the quick view it is incorrect.

When I look at string translation, the article number is also well translated. See also the example in the appendix. This also applies to the other characteristics, but it is shown incorrectly in the quick view.

How can we fix this?

The customization is done via a plugin that is fully WPML compatible. The strings are translated, and also work correctly translated on the single product page. It seems that the quick view doesn’t fetch the product view in the right way.

Could you please take a look? We can share FTP/admin access if needed.
