    Hello Support

We have a weird problem on our product overview pages. If you go to the different product groups, the page sometimes does not load. WordPress also sometimes gives a critical error. The error is most common when a filter is activated.

    We’ve tried everything like:
    – Checked all plugins for conflicts
    – Added more memory via config file
    – Restored several backups

Unfortunately, none of the solutions works. What we did find out is that if we switch the Woodmart theme with a standard wordpress theme, the filters are working fine.

    Thanks for your support.

    Hello Support,

I don’t want to pressure you, but can you look into this ASAP? It concerns a webshop that is no longer functioning properly.

    Thanks for your support.

    Hi,

There is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated.

    Best Regards.

    Hi,

We have already checked all plugins and it cannot be traced back to a specific plugin. If we change the theme, it works.

I also described this in my first post.

    Hi,

We did some further research and found out that there is a conflict in the woodmart woocommerce layered nav widget. As soon as you click on a filter, a conflict arises and the page is not loaded. We have tested with another widget filter plugin and there is no error.

we also tried to regenerate the products lookup tables in WooCommerce but unfortunately without result. For now we have disabled all filters.

Maybe there is a conflict somewhere in a script. We haven’t found this yet. Can you continue with this information?

    Thanks,
    Joost

    Hi,

We have added filters on your site and checked your site. The filters are working fine. Check back your site after completely server cache and browser cache.

    Hi,

Caches can be corrupted, making stored data no longer useful. Data corruption can cause applications such as browsers to crash or display data incorrectly. Performance. Caches are generally small stores of temporary memory. If they get too large, they can cause performance to degrade.

Be sure that you clear your browser cache each time you apply some changes in theme styles. Our theme doesn’t have any cache for CSS files at all. Moreover, it is not possible to implement such a cache in the theme scope.

    Best Regards.

    Hi,

Thanks for the reply, but could you be a bit more specific? After every change we make, we delete the cache wp rocket created and then test the site. We also delete our browser cache.

The question is actually how did you get the filter to work? We can learn from this because we also use your theme for other webshops.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Cache plugins are vital for any WordPress website since they reduce the server response time and make your pages load almost instantly.

    Please check this manual:
