Reviews block for posting reviews missing

Hello,
I need your help because there is an issue with the review block on my website. I already try to fix it in many ways, but I still cannot see the opportunity to publish a review on my website. I put some screenshots to show you the settings but still don’t know how to make it possible for my clients to be able to leave reviews.

Your admin login details are not working.

There is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the valid WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.
