The search is the Woocommerce functionality and works it its default way, our theme does not influence. Now I see your site has the search icon. Do you want to have a search form? You will need to choose the header layout wich assumes widget and add the search widget in Appearance > Widgets.

1. You need to set Header base in the Theme Settings > Header > Layout https://prnt.sc/pxqbcc

2. Navigate to Appearance > Widgets > add the Search widget to Widget area in the Header https://prnt.sc/pxqbqh

In any case, there will be a search icon on a sticky header as there is no option to insert the search form in the sticky header.

There will be only a search icon that would open a search form or full-width field.
