Search Results Showing Too Few Products

Hi there, I hope you’re doing well.

I wanted to bring an important issue to your attention regarding the search results page. When I use the search bar, for example, by typing “γραφείο”, and open the full search results page, the first page displays only 5 products. The layout is set to 4 columns, so I see four products in the first row and only one product in the second row.

If I use the pagination to go to the second page of results, I then see a total of 8 products. The main issue is that, regardless of the number selected in the “products per page” filter at the top right (e.g., 24 products per page), the page always displays only 8 products.

I have already checked the WoodMart theme settings for any configuration that might be affecting this behavior, but I haven’t been able to locate the cause or find a solution.

Since the website is already live, it’s important that this issue is resolved as soon as possible to ensure a smooth browsing experience for our visitors. Additionally, several other issues have appeared after launch. Each of them will require its own dedicated support topic, which I will open right after this message to ensure everything is handled properly and efficiently.

For now, could you please take a look at this search results issue and let me know what might be causing it and how we can resolve it?

Please try to update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 8.3.4 RELEASED”, update the required plugin, and check the issue: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/

If the issue remains, turn off all of the plugins not related to the theme, clear your site cache/ server cache, and check if the problem persists.

It seems that I don’t get the option of theme license when I hover over the Woodmart.
Is this normal?

Navigate to Theme Settings > White Label and enable the Theme license page option. Once enabled, you’ll find the license page under Woodmart > Theme License in your dashboard.

Hello, I did updated and this is still not working.
Can this be due to the fact this is the Elementor Search Results page and be linked with our other topic we already have?
