Shop Page – cannot edit

I’m using the decor shop page and am having a couple of issues:

1. I am unable to edit the Shop page with Elementor – I get the following message:
“The preview could not be loaded”

2. Is there any way to restrict the categories displayed? Also, where can I edit the categories – can’t see it in menu or widgets.

1) By default WooCommerce doesn’t allow you to modify the Shop page using any Page builder. That’s why it is not working.

2) You can Restrict the categories in the Shop title from Theme Settings >> Products Archive >> Page Title.

When I try and restrict the categories, it only shows the categories with 1 or more products. The categories I wanted to exclude have zero products and they don’t show up in the dropdown field! I’ve just set the toggle button to on for Hide Empty Categories and it seems to have done the trick. Thanks for your help.

On a side note, if I turn on Show products count for each category, the icon is displayed really small. Is there a way that I can make the icon bigger using css?

We are glad that one of your issues has been Resolved.

For the icons try adding the following Custom CSS in the Global Custom CSS area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.

.wd-nav-img, .mega-menu-list img {
    max-height: 35px;
}
