The sticky navigation menu items must fit on the screen; in case the menu items don’t fit, you need to somehow reorganize the menu. It is impossible to define the “scroll” there because in this case, the drop-down submenus will be cut off by the “overflow”.

Unfortunately, it is not possible. The HTML structure does not allow solving it. Such modification requires complicated WooCommerce code customization, which is not covered by our support.

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I can check and give you a possible solution.

Since purchasing the theme, I have contacted support three times regarding three different issues. In each case, the response was the same template message stating:
“Such modification requires complicated WooCommerce code customization, which is not covered by our support.”
For the past five days, I have been trying to resolve a bug that clearly originates from your theme. I would like to clarify the following points:
This is not a customization request
No third-party plugins or services are involved (all are disabled)
The issue is a bug coming directly from the theme
Nothing needs to be modified — the issue simply needs to be fixed
The problem has remained unresolved for five days
Support responses have been extremely delayed and infrequentI paid additional money specifically for support, yet the issue has not been properly analyzed or addressed. Repeating the same generic response without investigating the problem does not reflect the level of support that was advertised or paid for.
Please review this case seriously and provide:
A proper technical investigation of the theme bug
A clear explanation if this issue is genuinely outside the scope of support
An estimated timeframe for resolutionI expect a concrete and helpful response rather than another generic message.

This caching is most likely configured on the server side.
At the moment, we tested this issue with caching disabled (you can also check this by adding ?nocache to the URL), and currently we do not see any issues:

We fully support WP Rocket.
At the same time, LiteSpeed Cache, which comes with the server/hosting, also works correctly with our theme, just as it does with the default WordPress themes.

I have found that you are using the Translatepress plugin. We have not tested TranslatePress – Multilingual and other translation plugins and do not guarantee 100% compatibility.
WoodMart is fully compatible with WPML. Please consider the possibility of switching to this plugin.

Yes, you can hide them. Please use the below custom CSS code and paste it to Theme Settings >> Custom CSS >> Global CSS section:
.wd-cat-count.more-products a { display: none; }Also, please make sure that you are using the latest theme version with all the updated theme plugins. Then may be these words will be available for the translation in Translatepress plugin.

For the other shop page issue, the issue is because of the 3rd party plugin as you already know that so please keep getting support from the 3rd party plugin support or the hosting provider support. There is no issue on your site after deactivating all the 3rd party plugins and activating theme’s required plugins.
