Social Media Follow Link in Pre Footer

Hi,
We want to link pre-footer social media icons with our social media links.
Currently there are sharing links.
How can we do that?

Please replace the shortcode in the Footer column for this one: [social_buttons type="follow"]

You need also insert links for your social networks in the Theme Settings > Social settings > links to social profiles.
