Some error in CONTACT page

i have an error i contact page (see attachment) but i can’t find anything for that.

This issue mostly occurs when you set/upload SVG files has ID attribute to some Child tag like <g>, so you need to move that attribute to the parent <svg> tag or remove completely, It will solve your issue, So, Please check are you using any SVG on Contact page, If yes then please check it like I explained or simply use PNG instead of SVG there and check your site after removing the browser cache.
