some questions

Hello, I have some questions and I would like to contact directly with the author insted of through the forum. Is it possible?
1. The web site doesn’t shown the variable of the product (for example size or colour) Look at the picture of your theme (question 1) and look at mine (link). In my theme you can’t read these words (colour and size).

2. I can’t update the visual composer (image attached duda-3)

Thank you for choosing our theme and contacting us. All technical support is provided via this forum.

1. It is because you are using alternative product design. You can select default as per our demo in Theme Settings -> Product page.

2. You can update it to the latest version in Appearance -> Install Plugins.

3. Add this code snippet to the Custom CSS in Theme Settings

.type-post .entry-meta .meta-author {
	display:none;
}

.type-post .entry-meta li:before {
	display:none;
}

4. Please, update the theme to the latest 3.1.3 version.

5. Simply set negative margin top and bottom for the row that contain your contact form. -40px for example.

Thank you very much for your help but there are still some questions I need to sort out.

1. I have the latest version of the theme installated but If I update the pluggin WP visual composer shows an error (look at the attached picture).

2. I have installated the pluggin loco translate but the word “related products” is not there in order to translate it. I have the same problem with the word “leave a comment”. (look at the attached picture).

The latest version of the theme is 3.1.4 and you can download it on ThemeForest. Please, update the theme firstly.

If you are running an old version of the WooCommerce plugin you need to use previous version of Basel – 3.8. Download the full package with all files and find basel_3.8.zip file there https://gyazo.com/9792e3bc28a618eba7d3b44758280b11
Or you need to update WooCommerce to the latest 3.3 version. It is temporarily removed from wordpress.org but should be available soon.
