    good morning ,
I can see how to build the category menu for my own site like on your demo but how is it placed onto the main page.
I created a dummy site with your pre built template to try and figure it out and had no luck.
So how do I place the menu on the front page next to the slider like you did for my own site ?

I figured out how to place the menu on the side of the page but why is it expanding every single page and not using the way it is built in the menu .

You can see what I mean in this video.

First of all, take my apologies for the delay in answering because of the weekend.

Please add the following Custom CSS code to Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS:

    div.wd-dropdown {

    Hi Pipeworkpieces,

    Thanks for your patience.

I don’t see slider on the homepage. So, you want to create full-width slider with sticky navigate like our default demo?

    Hi Pipeworkpieces,

    Thanks for details.

You don’t need to use Mega Menu widget element. If you want to use Sticky navigation for Homepage only, then you can enable Open categories menu option > create new custom header for homepage – I created demo header as an example https://prnt.sc/0ip0O37enPdv in Page Settings https://prnt.sc/2qkjlZBlwmFW

You can take a look here https://pipeworkpieces.com/new1/ But, you need to increase the height of menu and adjust texts of slider to right a bit to make these visible.

    Hi Pipeworkpieces,

    Thanks for details.

    1. You need to edit the Slider and move content to the right to avoid overlapping by sticky nav. I am currently seeing it looks well on homepage. Let me know if you need further helps.

    2. I disabled the row, which is your default layout setup on Homepage and created new one above then you can have a clearly picture. It doesn’t matter.

ok I created a new staging site and also a clean install of your demo to try and copy and it is just not working.
Admin login in the box below and the page I am using to base the test on is https://pipeworkpieces.com/test

Please tell me how to get it to react like your demo page.

    Hi Pipeworkpieces,

First of all, I’m really sorry have taken long time to reply you due to the weekend.

I showed you before how to setup like the demo. You can create a dev site and import any template there to check the configurations.

Devsite ā€“ also called a Staging platform where you can test issues, enable/disable features/plugins thus such changes will affect the main site. The below article will help you to create it:

Very frustrating. I did set up a staging site as that is easy for me to do in cPanel. What is difficult is to get support to make my slider react like yours. I imported demo site and tried to copy on a third site and no success. Why is it so difficult to gat support to accomplish one thing I have been asking
    For two weeks to help
    Me fix it ?
I even gave your team admin access to my staging site.

    Hi Pipeworkpieces,

First of all, Iā€™m really sorry for all inconveniences.

    1. In this replies https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/steps-to-place-the-menu-as-shown-in-demo-on-your-site/#post-562566, I guided steps by steps to create sticky categories with full-width slider.

    2. If you want to see demo configurations, I also told that you can import demo to staging site and you can check yourself.

I can’t do directly on your site because it may affects to your site and content. Please let me know if you need more helps from ourside.
