Sticky Header Color Change

I can’t find the option to add a different color background to the sticky header. Let’s say my header is transparent and text is white, I would like the logo, menu and icons to change to white background and black text once it gets to sticky.

Take the example and imagine that instead of black background with white text, the background is white and the text is black. Is there any way to do that?

If I can’t change text color in sticky, how do I change the background in sticky?
