Sub menu not working in Mega menu

Hi I hope you can help.

I have created a mega menu but it does not load for my sub menu when i hover on menu!
it only works when user logged in but if user not logged in and guest user try to check sub menus by hover over on menu for explore sub menu it does not load and not show drop down list.

Any chance you can guide me on how to make work?

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

We still see some plugins activated. Please, leave plugins related to our theme only.

i deactivate all non related plugins .
but the sub menu still not loading at both desktop and mobile version

Try to activate all plugins one by one to see which one causes this.

thanks it was plugins issue after hard refresh mega menu now working fine.
