    Hello
I have a problem with a variable product:
the swatches attribute does not switch, and when hovering, I see a completely different picture. Please watch the video.

I can not say exactly when this problem started, I noticed yesterday.

I’m using the Autoptimize plugin and disabling this plugin solved the problem. Please tell me which script should I exclude so that this problem doesn’t happen again?

This is what I have now marked in exclude from optimization:
js/jquery/jquery.min.js, vendor_dashboard.min.js, tabs.min.js, jquery.min, helpers.min.js, clickOnScrollButton, searchFullScreen, menuOffsets, menuDropdowns, cartWidget, mobileNavigation, loginSidebar, menuSetUp, cart-fragments, slick, productImages, cookie.min, owl.carousel, owlCarousel, imagesLoaded

    Thank you

    Hello,

Please try to exclude these ones:

    productImagesGallery.js
    swatchesVariations.js
    initZoom.js

    Best Regards

    Unfortunately, it didn’t help.

I noticed one more thing: In incognito mode, switching does not work. But when I am logged in, in the admin panel, everything works.

at the expense of the plugin Autoptimize – yesterday I turned it off and it seems to have helped and everything worked. Now I turned it off again but the effect did not recur. Even with the plugin turned off – switching variations does not work. Any ideas?

P.S. I also thought that maybe this was caching – but in the settings of my Super Cache plugin, caching of all users is set.

    Hello,

You need to exclude the files from all the plugins. One of the plugins prevents the correct loading JS.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

    Best Regards

I now have the Autoptimize plugin activated and its additional plugin installed: Async JavaScript.

I added exceptions to the Autoptimize plugin and it seems to work great. Let me reiterate the list of exclusions:

    js/jquery/jquery.min.js, vendor_dashboard.min.js, tabs.min.js, jquery.min, helpers.min.js, clickOnScrollButton, searchFullScreen, menuOffsets, menuDropdowns, cartWidget, mobileNavigation, loginSidebar, menuSetUp, cart-fragments, slick, productImages, cookie.min, owl.carousel, owlCarousel, imagesLoaded, productImagesGallery.js, swatchesVariations.js, initZoom.js

But when activating its additional Async JavaScript plugin, problems immediately arise, which I have already described to you above. Variations won’t switch.

So the Async JavaScript plugin is to blame. I threw off the settings for you, please see what else I need to exclude …?

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay.

We have not tested this plugin with WoodMart theme, most likely this plugins influence and conflict the theme scripts thus the only way is to disable the plugin.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

    Best Regards
