    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, switch the parent theme, and check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    if the problem remains, even after the plugins are deactivated, please, provide your site admin access to the private area.

    Make the full backup of your site and confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your reply. I switched to Woodmart theme from child and to TwentyTwenty and deactivated plugins. On TwentyTwenty it is hard to recognize is it working properly or not, because when I deactivate plugins (except WPBakert, Woodmart Core and WooCommerce) TwentyTwenty refreshing page on add to cart and theme options aren’t works.

    But the situation on Woodmart I checked Child and Main to see maybe it is because of custom functions, no changes.

    I also cleared Custom CSS to see maybe some errors occurring duplicate codes, no.

    I see there are 2 issues:
    1. Different Single Product pages different swatches,
    2. Single Product Page white fonts after ADD TO CART. Not all times but I can say 70% of using fonts changes color to white.

    Thanks for reply.
    It was useful to use Enable Swatch.

    But it is not an issue. Please see an attached files. I use Crome Incognito and normal to test. I tested it on some different phones. Normally from the 1st ADD TO CART I see this issue.

    1. I clear all my settings Xtemos Settings doing Reset Options. I don’t see such issues. When I add my options I see it. But I also saw 1 thing, when I make Reset All 1 setting was removed. Product archive > Shop filters. There were 2 options, after reset it is one.

    So, I tried to make like this, after reset I added all my functions manually again from zero.

    But I see it is something options issue, and I am afraid of AJAX.

    You write about swatched on different links, I have checked those were product page, your screen now shows mobile of the shop page.

    Please clarify the issue. Describe the actions step by step how to reproduce. If the swatches are different, it means you have configured them in different ways. Take the attribute with the proper configuration and reproduce the same on the rest.

    Single and variable products are different functionalities and swatches are not possible on a single product.

    I see you are confused in questions. Please see above my questions. I copy them here:
    I see there are 2 issues:

    Thanks for quick reply. This is on Private Content our Category Page. Please find here any product and test it on MOBILE SMARTPHONE please.

    This issue only occurs on MOBILE!!!

    Usually from the 1st ADD TO CART procession. It means if you don’t see an issue, it does not means that it is not occurs. Please try it again clearing your Cart fully.

    NOTE: I always see AJAX NOTICE on Query Monitor. I am afraid of that it is because of AJAX ISSUE.

    I have added the product to the cart: https://prnt.sc/1iibjfi you need to chose the color no matter that you have only one color, you should choose it, the the size and product is added.

    I would recommend making one column grid on mobile.

    All the product are variable in the category I cannot find a simple product to test

    Find 1. Link non variable.

    Find 2. Link variable and after add to cart proccess all “fonts”.., “content”.. turned to white color. Normally it is black please look to 2. Link below and look to photo that I attached and find please difference between 2. Link and Attachment.

    Hi Elise,

    Yes, but as on above I said that Cart must be clean. This issue normally occurs on Clean Cart (1st time adding cart) and on Variable product.

    And please try multiple times to clean and try again. But also please DON’T TRY it directly from Browser Mobile mode. Try it directly from Mobile phone. Because on browser mobile mode I also can’t see any issue (I testing it on Samsung Galaxy Note 20).

    Thank you for support.

    I also tested it on iPhone (iOS 12.0) I did not see any issue. I test it on WebView – no issue, I tested it on Xiaomi Chrome – no issue.

    ATTENTION: I tested it on Samsung Devices CHROME – ALWAYS ISSUING. Is this Samsung issue or Chrome on Samsung issue?

    Why Chrome? Because Samsung Internet Browser is not have any issue on all devices of Samsung.

    I am checking on the Samsung in Chrome the site is restricted at all https://prnt.sc/1j12iqm . I check on Hoawey and other phones everything is good.

    Please check with the host company perhaps you have any restrictions on Samsung devices.

    Ok, I see there is no answer and I got to reinstalled theme with WoodMart documentation again. I thought maybe something missed when we moved from 5.x to WD6.0 version.

    Nothing changed.

    I thinks something because of Advanced Typography. It is working hard sometimes. Of course this is my opinion. But you must double check it by your end.
