Templates library does not work

Templates library does not work.

Both in frontend and backend the templates library does not open. It loads and loads and nothing comes.

Why is the theme from Woodmart so bad and unstable?

Yes I deactivated all plugins to find out if it is because of the plugins, no it is not because of other plugins but the problem of Xtemos.

Please check and make sure you have updated all the plugins in the Appearance > Install plugins. If the problem persists, insert the credentials into the Private content below the message area.
