going to this link :

instead of going to this link :

https://xxxxxxxx-xx.com/index.php/product-category/phones-and-devices/?min_price=0&max_price=850

Please deactivate all plugins except these ones:

Elementor
WooCommerce
XTemos theme core
Please switch to the parent theme if you use the child.

After that, check the issue again, if the issue still persists, please confirm the permission for the plugin’s deactivation, switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back.

I would like to request confirmation regarding the permission to switch to the parent/default theme and disable third-party plugins. Once we have completed our testing, we will enable all settings back to their original state.

Also, please provide access to the admin dashboard.
