The QT Shown next to filter is NOT correct.

    In spite of that the attributes are set correctly, and there is no conflicting plugin,
    the stock status shown next to filter is not correct.
    However, when i click on a filter , it shows the correct amount of items in result page.

    Hello,

    Try to go to WooCommerce -> Status -> Tools and regenerate product lookup tables. It should fix the problem.
