Theme blocks UPS plugin

Hi,
i installed ups plugin but doesnt work.
The UPS support team told me that the theme is blocking the plugin.
How can be fix this?

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

At Storefront theme working fine.
Update the plugin and looks like working fine.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
