    Hi,

    I downloaded the child theme but it doesn’t work. In Appearances/theme an error message appears. What should I do? See attachments.

    Hello,

    You need to have both: parent and child themes, and the site access, unfortunately still not workable. It seems you have uploaded the folder incompletely.
