Theme option are not working like header builder

theme options are not working also icons on header are not showing i had trying to made changes on footer several times but not working only custom css working that i apply on addional css but now i removed every thing and reinstall theme but issue not resoved.

Please provide your site admin access to the private area.

Please list all the problems one by one in the list, I will check each.

Please make the full backup of the site and confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.

Please check Dashboard > Settings > General > site URL: if your site is https://… it should be the same URL there. https://gyazo.com/38a75d2d8d0ef1b66dde48c98de6cde8

As for the Theme Settings all works well when I deactivated the plugins and switched on the parent theme: https://gyazo.com/d3f069ab9d0b2112bff6a3fb602afda4

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
