First of all, I suggest you regenerate your images through the “Regenerate Thumbnails” plugin (more detail in the below article).

Yes please.
And also I use Smush image optimizer as well (image mode is super).
If you think it is needed to change the image sizes to improve the quality of the images, please do it.

I found the issue.
It is because I have set the thumbnail image size to 100px.
It fixed once I increase the size.
