Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
Switch to the parent theme and check the issue, I see some of the strings are reflected and some of them are not:

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

1. tried to deactivate the plugins still cannot translate header. the text you saw that translated ar not header elements, they are menus, which are working fine.

2. some header elements are not show as string, if you try to search compare, then you can see there is not such string for the compare text in header element.
