Trying to install demo

Hi, I’ve just installed the theme and I’ve been trying to install the “coffee” demo but I just cannot get it to work (I’m assuming it’s supposed to look like the demo page). I’ve attached a screen copy.

Apologies if I’m missing something obvious.

I’ve attached login information for wordpress and ftp.
I prefer to use elementor.
One thing I did notice, looking at the source html – for some elements it’s adding an escape character \ before the double quotes.

Please check the site now, you can upload any demo and then activate the child theme and plugins.

Thank-you, but I still can’t get the coffee demo to work – I’ve tried activating it again and I still get the same problem.
I tried the “Drinks” demo and that’s worked fine.

I deleted all the dummy data and tried again and it’s working fine now.
I’m still not clear why it wasn’t working in the first place.

Most likely it was either a plugin or a child theme.
