Unable to update theme

Hello

I already saw a few topics with this problem and I tried everything that’s been suggested, but nothing worked so can I please get your assistance with updating the WordPress theme?
I’m getting this error: pclzip_err_bad_format (-10) : unable to find end of central dir record signature

Unfortunately, it’s still not working. I tried to follow those steps but I’m still getting the same error. Can you maybe take a look? I left the theme unactivated now. I’m also attaching FTP details below so you can connect and take a look, website is located in “public_html” folder

That’s because our hosting provider is using an IP filter for FTP access, I forgot about that. Can you please give me the IP address that you’re connecting from so I can put you on the whitelist?

I don’t know what happened, maybe I copied the wrong password, but I can’t access this account either. I changed the password and now it’s working so I’m attaching new credentials bellow.
