Unable to upload video to product

Hey, I’m unable to upload video to product descriptions. What I mean is, I can upload but they cannot be displayed nor visible. it just won’t work.
Is there any know fixes to that?

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back.

If you have a staging site, please send me access to it so I can make tests there.
