Urgency!!! header builder not showing, I can no longer edit it

Hi,
i have a urgency, please help me now..
my client’s site is not working well, I am activating a campaign and I absolutely need to modify the site header.
but when I go to the appropriate section, the editor is not there, the section is empty and in this way I cannot edit the header.

I saw the screenshot you attached. I have logged in to your website and tried to deactivate all the third party plugins but was unable to complete the action because the credentials you provided are of limited access and you are using Multilingual websites.

Please provide with the full admin panel login details of the website to check it myself to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

sorry but I don’t understand what you mean by limited access? the access data that I have provided you have an administrator role.
what else do you need?

I have deactivated all the third party plugins and regenerated the CSS file and the header builder is working absolutely fine on my end.

Now in the shop section you can see things that were not there before, now you can also see the translated products that were previously hidden.

Hello,

Maybe that’s because I have deactivated all the third party plugins. You can activate the plugins one by one and check which plugin is causing the issue and you can just deactivate it and use the other ones.

This will fix the issue.
